If you don't know who I am, my name is Peter

I'm a certified personal trainer and the founder of 302 Fitness here in Toronto.

In the last 10 years, I've helped hundreds of everyday people and busy professionals achieve their dream physique, gain back their strength, mobility and sustain a healthy fitness lifestyle by utilizing the 302 Fitness System.
